Terms of Use

This website and portal are run by Theotokos College. By using them, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Create an account only for yourself, using true details. Students and parents must use the reg. number and parent phone number on the school’s records.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell the school straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Staff accounts open only after the school administrator approves them, with the role the administrator chooses.
• The school may suspend or delete an account that is misused, or when a student or staff member leaves.

You must not:

• try to see records you are not entitled to, guess result codes or passwords, or get around access controls;
• share another person’s results, reports or personal details without permission;
• upload false documents or receipts, or anything harmful, offensive or unlawful;
• interfere with the website, overload it, or use automated tools to collect information from it.

Misuse by a student may also be handled under the school’s disciplinary rules.

Results are published by the school each term and opened with a result code. Each code works a limited number of times and only for its term; the school can replace lost codes. The printed and signed report issued by the school is the official record. If you think something is wrong, contact the school.

• Online payments are processed by Flutterwave. Your payment is subject to Flutterwave’s terms, and the school does not receive or store card details.
• A payment is confirmed once Flutterwave reports it as successful. Bank transfers are confirmed when the school has checked them.
• The application form fee and the acceptance part payment are non-refundable. School fees follow the policy in the prospectus.
• If you are charged but the payment does not show, contact the bursary with your payment reference.

Submitting an application and paying the form fee entitles the candidate to sit the entrance exam. It does not guarantee admission. Places are offered on merit, after the exam and an interview, and on the conditions in the offer letter.

The text, photos, crest and other content on this site belong to the school or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use, but not copy or reuse them for any other purpose without written permission. We try to keep information accurate, but dates, fees and other details can change; the school office can confirm them.

Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Flutterwave, are for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and the school is not responsible for them.

We aim to keep the website and portal available, but they may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. As far as the law allows, the school is not liable for losses caused by the site being unavailable or by relying on information on it.
